Please be aware that you are responsible for monitoring and maintaining your own driving record. Once you complete our Driver Improvement Course, we submit your completion electronically to the Virginia DMV.

However, if you are at risk of license suspension or are under a strict deadline, It is your responsibility that you personally take your completion certificate to the DMV. This can help prevent any processing delays that may negatively impact your driving status. If you are Court appointed, you are required to take your certificate to the court/clerks office. We do not submit your completion to the courts on your behalf.
